Feed the lion Activity

This activity promoted Engagement and Wellbeing form HDLD and Physical Development as well as social and emotional Development from ELECT. In this activity, the children were guided to feed a cardboard lion during, ‘Active Kids’ activity time. They were given different kinds of materials that they could use such as sponges, plastic balls and beam bags. As an extension the lion was elevated and they were guided to throw a soft ball, aiming to land it inside the lion’s mouth.
