Musical jar Activity

This activity promoted Expression and Well being from HDLH and Approaches to Learning and Social and Emotional development from ELECT. In this activity children filled their jars with water and added food colouring of their choice. Then they used a spoon to create various tunes and compare the sounds produced by jars filled with different levels of water. Some of the kids used other items as well such as a steel bowl.
